Darjeeling FTGFOP-1, First Flush, Margaret's Hope
Spring harvest from the most prestigious estate in Darjeeling. Ideal for afternoon tea, mild and delicate, floral, with a clean finish. Light golden cup.

Darjeeling Glenburn First Flush, FTGFOP1-clonal
Very tippy, carefully picked, fragrant leaf with distinctive fresh scent. Peach coloured cup, light body with strong notes of muscatel. Lightly astringent. Very, very nice First Flush Darjeeling.

Darjeeling Glenburn Monsoon
Gold cup with notes of toast and honey up front. Nice astringency, dry and sweet with a very light body. It ends with a note of apricots and we absolutely adore this tea!
Darjeeling Dragon Thunder
Bolder and more robust than typical darjeelings, this dragon thunder is full of honey and red wine notes. Truly exceptional.

Iyerpadi BOP, organic.
From Indias Blue Mountains this organic tea is gentle and crisp with medium body and a well balanced, pleasant flavour. Excellent for icing.

Assam Khongea, CTC
Very fine cut, brews up strong, brisque and bisquity. Copper coloured leaf brews a rich red cup. Balanced tannins and astringency, deeply coloured enough and with enough body to look like coffee when you add a spot of milk to it. Lovely with milk but probably too strong to drink plain.

Assam Royal Gold
Full of lovely golden tips. Fragrant, clear gold cup. Mildly astringent with a rounded, full flavour. Hints of fruit and honey. If you like strong tea without milk this is the one!

Oothu FOP, organic
From South Indias hills this tea is a product of the oldest organic estate in India. Powerful, malty cup, medium astringency. Great with a spot of milk.

Nilgiri FOP, Tiger Hill
Grown in the Western mountains of South India Nilgiri teas are much undervalued. This particular one is medium bodied and smooth with a bright, clean flavour. Good self drinker and a great base for chai.
