      Tai Ping Hou Kui translates to "Peaceful Monkey Leader". From the Huangshan mountain in Anhui Province, the leaves are incredibly long, pressed flat and emerald green. The infusion gives notes of chestnut and apricot, with a sweet, floral finish. 

      We like putting a few of the slender, elegant leaves, lose in our cup and just toping with hot water.
