      Long Jing, Lung Ching or "Dragons Well" is one of the most famous green teas in the world. Its mild yet sweet, nutty taste makes it suitable even for newcomers to the world of green tea. Lung Ching gets its characteristic flat shape by being carefully dried in a wok and pressed to the sides as it dries. Our organic long jing comes from Hangzhou, in the Zhejiang province. It is smooth, sweet and faintly nutty, with hints of sweetcorn.
