      Very fine cut, brews up strong, brisk and biscuity. Copper colored leaf brews a rich red cup. Balanced tannins and astringency, deeply colored enough and with enough body to look like coffee when you add a spot of milk to it. Lovely with milk but likely too strong to drink plain.
