Lapsang Souchong, Organic
Robust China black tea smoked over pine needles. Dark cup with a resinous flavor. For most people it's a love or hate relationship, however we've found this to be a favorite of Chefs' everywhere. Try it in your shrimp boil, marinate salmon in it, poach a chicken breast or make marbled eggs. Anything where a complex, smokey note would be welcome.
