This is the tea for making the classic favorite. Finely cut Ceylon tea and food coloring. Brew strong, add lots of sugar and a good measure of heavy cream and pour over ice. Perhaps not the healthiest of beverages but it is a treat. Black tea, star anice, vanilla flavor, food coloring.
